Go to bed early. Really early. At least once a week and see how great you feel when you wake up. If you have trouble sleeping you can take a warm bath before bed. Add few drops of lavender oil, or any relaxing natural fragrance.

Look at the gentle way the breeze moves through the leaves of a tree. Stand with your back against a tree. Feel the uplifting energy. When you feel you have no friends, you may find the silent strength of the trees offer steady friendship when needed.

We are all connected. We may feel sad because the person sitting next to us is sad. Silently wishing for them to be happy can uplift them and everyone else, including ourselves. Look for an opportunity to give to them. Anything, a friendly smile, a gift..
