| If you are sad because the world is in sad shape, just know that every problem already has a solution. Ask and you will find the solution. Even if it takes some time to find you, the solution is there. Be alert to the solutions, in whatever form they come Tip Credibility: 3 |
| Go to bed early. Really early. At least once a week and see how great you feel when you wake up. If you have trouble sleeping you can take a warm bath before bed. Add few drops of lavender oil, or any relaxing natural fragrance. Tip Credibility: 4 |
| Look at the gentle way the breeze moves through the leaves of a tree. Stand with your back against a tree. Feel the uplifting energy. When you feel you have no friends, you may find the silent strength of the trees offer steady friendship when needed.
