I gotta go with the Houston Oilers in the legendary playoff game vs. the Bills in 1993. The Bills were down 35-3 early in the 3rd quarter before storming back in a series of great plays to force overtime and eventually win the game.

I'd have to say the Patriots in 2007 when they went 16-0 during the regular season and then lost in the Super Bowl against the Giants by a field goal... 17-14
