People give up blogging because they either run out of ideas or are blogging about a subject that doesn't interest them. Choose a topic that you are passionate about, then blogging becomes a pleasure instead of a chore.

People stop blogging because for many reason, first can be that they don't believe in it, second can be that they don't have time, third can be that they don't have any topic or idea to build content and more reason like they don't know how to do it.
