Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. $1 for a very very decent meal. You can get by on $5 per day probably!

Bangkok - Thailand. For 1 hour foot massage, you just need to pay 100THB (+/- U$3)

Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. For 1 portion of Nasi Lemak (rice with coconut flavors), you just pay 3MYR (+/-U$1.00)

Surabaya - Indonesia. For a fine buffet all you can eat dinner in a 5* hotel, it costs you just +/- U$10!

Its cheaper to get to Las Vegas-cheap rooms, cheap food/buffets,free drinks if you're disciplined you can get cheap gambling, free outdoors entertainment...I take my son there all the time and there's lots for him to do cheaply as well.

Macau - China. For one set dinner for 5 people in a chinese restaurant at Senado Square, each person just pay U$2.50!
