You can freeze milk for up to 1 month. It must be used right away when thawed. So freeze it into small 1 cup containers or freezer bags.

Buy grapes when they are on sale for 99 cents a pound. Then freeze them! They will last forever. You can then eat them as a frozen snack or thaw them out and they will taste fresh!

Freeze tomatoes whole and unpeeled on a tray. Transfer to freezer bags once fully frozen. When you pull them out it only takes a few minute for them to thaw to perfection.

Wrap cheese in plastic wrap and place in a freezer bag. Thaw in the refrigerator and use within a day or two of thawing. Cheese may become crumbly after you thaw, so this is only good for cooking, not as sliced cheese.

Whisk together whites & yolks until combined. Measure into an ice-cube tray, using 3 Tbsp. of the mixture per segment (3 Tbsp. is equivalent to 1 large egg). Freeze until solid, then transfer cubes to a freezer bag for up to 6 months. Thaw in the fridge.

Freeze banana's in the peel. Then, simply thaw and peel to use in smoothies and breads. The peel will turn black, but that won't effect the quality of the banana. It will still taste fresh and sweet.

I find cooked long grain rice doesn't hold up well frozen. I switched to medium grain rice and it holds up perfectly.
