Try riding on trails with different levels, terrain and views. When you bike on trails your're always adapting to the situation, it gives you a great workout and it keeps your mind in it. I find this much more fun than just cycling.

Watch out for dogs...and other animals and if you ride fast watch out for bugs in your eyes.. oh and vehicles watch out for those things and most of all have fun
