| I bought a Creative Vado pocket cam instead of a Flip for half the price and basically the same functionality. Works great with iMovie on a Mac with the quick installation of the Perian/Xvid codec. Love it. Tip Credibility: 42 (Best Tip!) |
| I use my camera to shoot video of me, talking to the camera. The flip is difficult to line up - to be sure you're in frame. The Insignia has a rotating screen, so I can face it toward me to be sure I'm still in the video lens. Saves time & frustration! Tip Credibility: 13 |
