'Organically grown' does not mean that it's more nutritious. If organic food is grown in mineral poor soil or stored for too long, it's vitamin and mineral content may be quite low.

Did you know that with USDA Organic certification, up to 10% of the food can be non-organic? Sometimes just because something is labeled "organic" doesn't mean its perfectly clean food. Do your homework, find out who you can trust.

Something labeled "natural" is not organic and can contain a high proportion of harmful ingredients. This is common for body lotions and shampoos, for instance. If you can't pronounce an ingredient, it's not good for you.

it's all true. big companies utilize literary marketing to sell "organic" and "natural" foods that, due to modern agribusiness methods, will absolutely possibly be just as bad as the fruits and veggies from your local two dozen wal marts.
