People who are born deaf often have poor literacy skills because english is their second language. Please don't rely on subtitles which they may not be able to read. You need to use videos in sign language. I work for a deaf charity. Trust me.

Make sure and test your site is displaying correctly in all browsers. What shows up OK in Internet Explorer can be misaligned and hard tofollow in Firefox

When building your websites,... Be sure to make your websites accessible for blind people. When you add graphics, pics, or other visual items. Be sure to add a text captions to explain what the blind person is seeing.

Add the ALT tag for images. Screen readers will read out the ALT text for the visually impaired.
