I run my Outlook email system on a portable (external) hard drive instead of doing it on the internal drive in my PC. I use a 500 gigabyt WD Elite, which is only about 4" x 2 1/2" X 1/2" and fits in a shirt pocket. I can just plug it into ANY USB port.
