If you make yourself lunches for work or school. Rewash and reuse water/juice bottles and plastic containers instead of using readily disposable plastic bags or tossing away your containers. Its easy, saves money and prevents more disposable dumping.

Simply, buy green credentialed products and foods ie organic. Buy local if you can, use less energy intensive things and finally and least pallitable is.. don't consume at all or better use recycled goods!

Look at what you buy, eliminate as much of the waste as possible, only get things you really need. Where possible buy recycled things and most importantly, find happiness not from owning things but from your state of mind.
