Parenting definitely is not a nightmare, theres no way you can have such love for a child you gave birth too and he/she become a nightmare , of course babies cry and whine and poop/pee but in the end they are so adorable and just as sweet as can be =)

Why does the UK government pay parents to attend classes on child behavior modification? Because it is the ONLY known long term effective remedy for child behavior problems.

We learn parenting from how we were brought up - by our parents. Sometimes that can be a bad thing. Children do not come with instructions. A wise parent needs to take only the good they experienced and be open to learning. Learn at tinyurl.com/spuni

No parenting is not a nightmare. But it takes a LOT of time and hard work and will show you things about yourself that you never knew (or wanted to know)... It can be one of the greatest rewards!

The rewards definately outweigh the growing pains. At times it can be trying but as long as you can instill, a loving, caring and respectful behaviour, they'll recognize the difficult situations bewteen you easier and compromising will be simpler.

I sure thought so when my son was born (who is autistic); but once we passed the rough patch & understood his condition, I wouldn't trade being his mom for ANYTHING. Patience, creativity, LOTS of love & plenty of humor is needed to be a parent!
