Give screen shost or video proof of results using the product or service you are writing sales letter for. Explain the benefits and let your prospective customer imagine good feelings about the product.

Read and reallly study "Influence" by Robert Cialdini - there are some real nuggets in there!

Incorporate a story. People loves to hear stories. A great story can be hypnotic. And can suck your audience right in. Once you got their attention, they are more inclined to read the rest of your sale copy.
