Establish a relationship quickly with the CS rep. Say "I know you are going to help me get this resolved today." Stay calm no matter how upset you are. Explain the problem and ask for what you want in return. Be clear and persist, but nicely.

See if the company is on Twitter. If so, use this platform to explain your complaints and ask for a solution. I did this successfully just recently with my internet and cable provider.

Document everything in writing, get people's names, keep a running record of everything that happened, so you have proof. This way you are much more likely to win your case. And don't lose your temper because they will not want to help you.
