Tip Sheet

Tea tree oil (available at health stores) is great to use if there is any inflammation from the bite. A few drops applied directly on the mosquito bite every couple of hours will greatly reduce redness and irritation as well as quell the itching.

I use a product called Oxygen Elements Max directly on the bite. This is an antiviral so may eliminate West Nile. It will hurt at first, but will take the itch right out. Then I apply Silver Shield Gel to the bite to help it heal quickly.
