Get some tamarind and make sure you remove all the seeds in it.Tamarind has a naturally sweet and sour taste and it makes a good source of snacks that can relieve your constipation fast !

1.Buy a bag of baby carrots. Preferably a pound would do. 2.Eat them for breakfast. 3. Drink lots of water.

The best way to never have constipation. Drink up to 1/2 your body weight in water everyday. Preferably alkaline water opposed to RO or distilled. There isn't anything healthy with them since they are void of minerals and acidic.
