You can try massaging on the back of your neck. Using the base of your Thumb, reach from the back of neck located at base of skull. You can push your thumb in and start rubbing down. Repeat the process. You will feel a relieve.

This is proven in my case. Drink at least 2 glasses of cold gatorade when you have a headache. Your headache will soon be relieved. If you can't have gatorade, chew super cold mint. Chewing will bring oxygen to your brain that will bring it comfort.

If you have the habit of using the computer for a long time, take a 10-15 minutes break every hour. Close your eyes and rub them gently for a couple of minutes.

Using a footbath. Try immersing your feet in a bucket of hot water for 15 minutes. Hot water dilates the blood vessels and increases blood flow to the feet.

Drinking herbal teas. They can help to ease the pain of a tension headache. You can either choose lavender, chamomile or ginger. Lavender and chamomile help to ease physical tension while ginger decreases the production of pain-causing chemicals.

Massage away the pain. One effective way is to massage the position between the thumb and the index finger. Grip that position between your other thumb and index finger and press lightly. You should feel a little pain at that area.
