When advertising online it always good to split test. You have to know where you're making money and losing money. Chuck out the bad and then setup another split test with the good, you'll always better your results and minimize your costs.

Once per quarter, review your business expenses. Look for places where you can consolidate or trim down. Ask for discounts for paying in cash or buying in bulk. Use technology to automate as much as possible.

It's not necessary to always have to travel around for business meetings. Especially overseas. Why not do a Skype call? Teleconference? It's faster, real time, and CHEAPER!

Have a "Stay-home-and-work" day. If it's not absolutely necessary to be at the office, you can work from home. It's more productive as you save time on commute. And time is money.
