Hangover misery is mostly from effects of severe dehydration. Drink as much water as you can stand before going to bed, and when you wake up. Makes a real difference. Glad I don't need to know this any more! A better tip would be: Don't drink so much.

I got a tip from a doctor - Before you go out, leave a pint glass of water on the bedside table, with a couple of painkillers that you would normally take in the morning for the hangover. When you come home drink the water and take the pills then.

Best Hangover Cure. Do Not Drink so much. It is simple, I do not like to ever lose a morning so I don't overindulge.
