Anything that improves blood flow to the brain (especially for us older folks) will help. Clinical trials have shown that Ginkgo biloba improves blood flow to the brain by dilating the blood vessels. The Chinese have known this for thousands of years.

Eating blueberries is a very good tip! But you should be aware of the fact that there are different types of blueberries. Some are blue inside, others are white. Those that are as well blue inside and outside are the most effective for the brain.

Neurogizers! Keep the brain exercised, hydrated, and rested. I'm trying out an schedule of 33 minute of productive time, 5 minute break, back to 33 minutes productive. I'm finding I'm able to focus in more easily, even after a Neurogizer break.

Get a series of computer games,Marong,Chess,Trivia,Cards etc. You can buy them from any Computer Store. Play for at least 2 hours every day helps the memory loss associated with Alzheimer's sufferers.

omega3 and omega6 fatty acids make a huge difference in keeping you sharp especially if you add the supplement with your breakfast. Pure flax seed oil is the best on some toast with some jam. You can mix the oil with a lot different things to mask taste.
