How do you tell a good quality make-up applicator from a poor quality one?

The way to know the quality of an applicator is by feeling what hides behind the foam. If you feel a sort of shovel or spade shape, it will allow you to apply even pressure. A poor quality product merely has a rod to hold its foam.

Nobody wants a poor quality applicator, I have bought many applicators that after on use it falls off the handle. Having a quality applicator allows you to apply even strokes as your applying eye shadow or facial blush.
