At Home: Crumbs - in a shared: toaster, waffle iron, condiments. Wooden spoons/cutting boards - wood is porous and can hold gluten crumbs. Medicines - some use gluten as a binder. Makeup - a few contain wheat and can accidentally be ingested.

Eating out: flour(sadly lots people don't know this is made from wheat), mashed potatoes(if they're running some add flour to thicken them up), scrambled eggs(some add pancake batter to make fluffier), fish(some dust with flour to prevent sticking). . .

Eating out(2): Vegetables(some steam in pasta water), soups(most stocks contain wheat), meatballs(can contain bread crumbs), oriental sauce(soy sauce and others contain fermented wheat), crab(real is safe, imitation is wheat), Couscous(it's pasta)

Other words watch: malt/malt flavoring(made from barley), einkorn/spelt/kamut/triticale/durm/semolina(strains of what), vegetarain meat(often made of/with wheat), oats(usually cross contaminated)
