When making home-made pizza put a few leaves of Rosemary in the base this will help with inflammation of joints.

Rosemary and tumeric are both really good for anti-inflammatory response. Green Tea is also a great one and has been proven to help with inflammation. Sweet Potatoes, omega fatty acids and garlic are also great for reducing inflammation.

May not want to put some of these on your homemade pizza but there are other spices that help with joint inflammation like cinnamon, nutmeg, tumeric, and ginger. Having some green tea will help too with inflammation of the joints.
