| One of the things that's helped me to lessen agonizing gout pain is to immerse my foot in hot water for 3 mins. then into cold for 30 secs. Repeat at least 3 times. Heat helps to absorb gout crystals and cold decreases the pain. It worked for me, try it! Tip Credibility: 13 |
