I learned this from my grandfather he told it was a native American remedy that he learned from his grandmother.Got a Upset Stomach felling a little Queasy, down a half a tea spoon of Cheyenne black pepper and some water it's works for me every time.

Lay on your back with your feet propped up on a pillow and a hot rag on your stoamch will help with a stomach ache.

Lie on your left side for 5 minutes to see whether it will allow you to burp. This is because the stomach is on the left side of the body and the esophagus enters the stomach on the right.
