My bunch has a tendency sleep in during the summer. School will be starting soon so about two weeks before school starts, I make sure they are up at 6:30 am once again and get to bed at a decent time. It makes the first week of school more bearable.

Here's a couple Reasons teens need to get enough sleep Drowsy teens do poorly in school and have problems socially. Drowsy teens have trouble making good decisions. Drowsy teens don’t look their best.

One of the huge advantages to home schooling may son was that we could adjust school time to fit his natural sleep habits. A well-rested child not only focuses better but is a much happier child.

I also remember that days where I used to feel scare to go to school but it is life. Now I miss my school.
