| Wish I could honestly say exercise, but I swim 2-5 kilometers weekly and still carry an extra 10-20 lbs. It's diet folks. A proper high alkaline diet for your blood type. More vegetables/fruits than meat protein is going to trim you faster than exercise. Tip Credibility: 4 |
