A large Rubbermaid storage box that is 9 inches deep by 15 inches wide and 20 inches long makes an excellent litter box because it is big enough to contain the litter and easy to clean.

we use an automatic litter box - scoopfree (www.scoopfree.com). the crystal litter absorbs urine and the automatic cleaning function rakes the poop away, leaving the box nearly odorless!
