Totally agree! We need to take immediate action, if possible without chemical medication. And I believe there are many people these days got early symptoms of mentall illness.

Having been there, I can testify that the effects of depression are insidious - you don't realise how bad you are until it's too late. Fortunately, I got help from a friend and from professionals, but I came perilously close to doing something stupid.

Other than leading to possible mental illness and possible suicide, depression is most oftenly one of the roots of reversible dementia.

Not only mental illness, but physical sickness as well. As we all know, depression affects every part of our body's system. The mind is stronger than the body. Professional help is needed to overcome depression.
