Never rub rashly and carelessly at a carpet stain, this may only cause it to smear and become permanent.

Never use an iron or a hair dryer to dry a carpet stain, this will only seal the stain permanently on your rug.

The Rental Carpet Cleaning Problem is the method. Pros prespray/agitate the carpet, then let it work(dwell time), then rinse out the dirt and the Cleaning Chemical. Rug D tries to do all this in one pass. It doesn't work. Also the Pro's have more Suck.

I always have my carpet cleaned by my favorite pro. The Rug Doctor leaves too much dirt and soap in the carpet.
