Tip Sheet

A surprising fact! The most infected (and high risk) area to catch flu in a public toilet is (you can't guess ... But it is) the switch to turn the light on and of! Think of that!

I am surprised that none came up with the only logic follow-up-tip to my tip about the the flu-infected-switch at the public toilet! Well, LOL u wash ur hands, and when leaving, you use a piece of paper to switch off the lights. Don't touch it directly

Never touch the moving escalator handrail in the tube / underground if at all possible. Millions of people's hands rest there. How many of those have all kinds of germs? Lots. When I worked in London (16 years) I very rarely had colds and never had flu.

Flu season is here. Can't stress this enough...wash hands for at least 20 seconds. Don't touch your face (eyes, nose, mouth) -- this is a hard one because we all do it...without even being aware we're doing it.
