Always remember, it's only work, it's not who you are. Eat at least two snacks during the work day to keep your blood sugar levels up. Smile, even if you have to force it. Always say thank you, even when you don't need to. Reduce phone ringing volume.

Take breaks in the morning and afternoon (aside from lunch); move away from your desk, if it's nice go out for a walk in the fresh air. If the weather is poor, sit in your car and listen to some music.
