The lowest price is not always the best consideration. Vendor reputation does count. Read shopper reviews if available. Try to discover where your purchase will be shipped from. Check shipping info before you check out.

If you compare shopping online to offline you would think as far as security goes, it would favor offline shopping, right? Not really. ..
