How to Make Fried-rice

Spices: onion, garlic, chili, salt. Warm margarine in frying pan, wait until margarine melting. Then enter a plate of rice in it. After margarine and rice be spread. Put all spices then stir up. When it be aromatic so Fried-rice is ready to eat.

if there is no time for do exercise. I just push up and sit up before sleep. That's good for muscle.
