Google have officially confirmed that hyphens are recognised as a separator and underscores are not. If you are targeting a keyword within your URL you will need to ensure that the relevant keywords are separated by a hyphen/dash and not an underscore.

How build a lot of backlink from article directory

Stay away from mass article submitters - 3rd tier article directories, which account for most of those backlinks - are closing down left and right. The links are not found anymore and you lose more credibility than you gained when the link was 1st found.
