| If you're a victim of pesky telemarketers make sure you're regisitered with Do-Not-Call. U.S.(https://www.donotcall.gov/)Can.(http://www.crtc.gc.ca/ENG/dncl.htm) If calls persist, keep records and report them. There are heavy fines and you can even sue. Tip Credibility: 3 |
| During your daily routine, avoid activities that strain the lower back. Lift properly by bending your legs at the knees. If your job requires heavy lifting, make sure you are wearing a back brace for proper support. NEVER sacrifice your back for your job. Tip Credibility: 6 |
| Keep your body weight at an optimum level. Overweight people are more prone to sciatica because of stress on their joints and bones. Proper weight is attained by a diet rich in fresh leafy greens and fruits, whole grains, and limited fats. Tip Credibility: 13 |
| Clean the bite with a mild soap and warm running water for 3-5 minutes. Rinse and pat dry with a clean, dry cloth then cover with a clean dressing. Some bites need quick medical attention, call for assistance if bitten on the hands, face, wrists or feet. Tip Credibility: 9 |
| Visit a doctor if the bite has broken your skin and the bleeding doesn't stop after 15 minutes. You may need to take antibiotics to avoid getting a staph infection. This step is very important if you have any redness, swelling or if you develop a fever. Tip Credibility: 7 |
| Apply ice for 15 - 20 minutes every hour for the first three days. Take an over-the-counter anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen for the swelling, and Acetaminophen for the pain. Rest the arm for around a week. If things don't improve, see a doctor. Tip Credibility: 6 |

| Always consult your doctor but I have had great results applying regular honey to my foot ulcer. It worked better than my expensive prescription in my case. Saw my foot specialist 2 weeks ago and he told me to keep it up... Tip Credibility: 7 |

| When creating new pages I submit them to Digg.com and Google will usually index that page within 24hrs. and often within just a few hours. This does not give it rank though... Tip Credibility: 6 |
