| Do a search on Google for a list of top credit unions. Call and ask about their membership requirements. Since they're a not-for-profit organization, there are some with credit card interest rates of 15% or lower on BOTH purchases and cash advances. Tip Credibility: 20 |
| Go To Google Voice and sign up for a free telephone number with the area code you want. It sets up a type of voice mail service which can forward the call to your actual phone IF you choose to. You can check all your calls online at Google voice. Tip Credibility: 36 |
| One way to quickly increase your score is to get any credit cards you have and cut the balance just under 50%. Not necessarily paying it off, even transferring some to another card so that the balance is 50% or less. Tip Credibility: 20 |
