| Pet food has been stripped of Omega 3 just as our food has. Commercial pet foods are deficient in Omega 3 essential fatty acids or the Omega 3 has gone rancid. Adding Cold Milled Flax to pet food is a perfect way to get Omega 3 into our pet's diet. Tip Credibility: 27 |

* Add ground flax to cereal (ie. oatmeal)
* Add ground flax to fruit smoothies or protein shakes
* Add flax to soups or salads

| Netflix is Great -esp if you live close to or in a city! If you want to get movies for free, check out the local library. There may be a waiting list for certain movies, but if you have the time, you can save a lot of $ + utilize the local library! Tip Credibility: 11 |
