| Sew the "hook" side of velcro on the fabric band that circles the inside of the hat. Put a stripe on both sides and one on the back. The velcro will "grip" your hair and keep the hat from falling off or shifting.

| 1)Swish, gargle and hold in your mouth as long as possible hydrogen peroxide.
2) Scrap your tongue with a tongue scaper purchased at any drug store in the toothpaste section.
