| Place a cotton T-shirt over the white spot. Hold an iron 1/2 inch above and give a shot of steam. Lift cloth and dry. If any of the spot remains , do it again. I have successfully removed many large white marks with this method. Tip Credibility: 4 |

| Grind 1/2 cup raw hulled sunflower seeds in coffee bean grinder until flour like. Blender does not grind fine enough .
Put ground seeds in blender with 2 cups water, vanilla and cocoa if desired. Whiz about 1 minute.
