| You don't need a unique product or service, but you do need a unique angle. If you can give a good reason why a customer should choose you instead of any other option, and back it up with proof, you have the beginnings of a successful business. Tip Credibility: 10 |
| Start with a small, clearly defined target audience and build products/services they value. Don't think of 'everyone' as a potential customer. Tight focus makes it easier/cheaper to reach, persuade and get highest return from your marketing investment. Tip Credibility: 7 |

| Use the filters/rules in your email app. to route incoming mail to mailboxes for related lists, so you don't have to deal with it as it comes in. If you find you don't make the effort to read new mail from any particular list, go ahead and unsubscribe. Tip Credibility: 9 |
| Pay the minimum on all cards except the one with the highest interest rate. Pay as much as you can on that card so it gets paid off fastest. Then close it and use that money to make larger payments on the next card in line. Repeat until they are all gone. Tip Credibility: 9 |
| If you are juggling multiple tasks and projects, do daily triage - most critical tasks at top of list. Take the tasks in order of importance and complete each in turn. You may not get everything done, but you will always finish what is really important. Tip Credibility: 9 |
