| If you live in the desert be sure to have at least a gallon of water for yourself & more to put in the car if it over heats. A rag to dampen & place on your head to help avoid heat stroke. Feminine napkins make great sterile swabs for any injury. Tip Credibility: 8 |
| Sitting at a PC all day will lead to poor leg & back muscles that will lead to pain & poor circulation. Make sure you move throughout your day. Get a portable peddle machine for under your desk to keep the blood flowing. Tip Credibility: 7 |
