| A simple way to cut back on calories without much effort is to cut out drinking soda, fruit juices and "exercise" drinks, as they add unnecessary calories to your daily intake. Tip Credibility: 4 |

| Use light hand weights occasionally during your aerobic workout this helps to increase the calories burned and help to tone and build muscle at the same time.
