| Having a strong core is almost a necessity if you want to sling heavy weights. Doing weighted heavy awkward exercises like Swiss Ball Jackknife Pikes really helps in strengthening the core. Have 15-20 exercises in your arsenal and rotate them per session. Tip Credibility: 6 |
